The outcome

What you can put to work

You receive a prioritised roadmap with a rationale, ownership and a measurement framework. It makes clear what needs to happen first, what can wait and where more evidence is needed.

  1. A shared view of audiences and business goals
  2. A topic and page plan based on search demand
  3. A roadmap with dependencies, owners and success criteria

Frequent Questions about SEO Consulting

What does an SEO consultant do?

An SEO consultant analyzes why a website is or is not visible for relevant search queries, develops a prioritized strategy, and supports implementation. Depending on the needs, this includes technical aspects, information architecture, content, internal linking, external signals, data analysis, and conversion paths.

What does an SEO consulting cost?

The costs depend on website size, starting condition, target, data availability, and desired level of involvement. A defined audit is calculated differently than a relaunch project or ongoing support. After a brief initial consultation, you will receive a transparent scope including services, results, and effort.

How quickly does SEO show results?

Technical errors and snippet optimizations can show results relatively quickly. New topic authority, competitive rankings, and sustainable lead growth often require more time. A serious assessment considers starting position, competition, crawl and indexing cycles, as well as implementation speed; blanket ranking guarantees are not sustainable.

Do we need an internal SEO team?

No. The collaboration can be adjusted to existing resources. I can strategically lead marketing and content teams, work together with development teams or agencies, or provide additional SEO expertise for a limited time period. What matters most is that responsibilities and implementation capacity are clearly defined.

Can the consulting support our agency or development?

Yes. Often my role consists of clarifying objectives and requirements, prioritizing actions, and independently reviewing implementations. Thus, internal and external stakeholders receive a common professional foundation.

Is GEO part of the SEO consulting?

If it fits your market and your goals, yes. Then we additionally assess how understandable and citable your content, entities, and evidence are for generative search and response systems. A dedicated GEO audit is also available for a focused initial analysis.

How do we begin?

Briefly describe your website, goals, and current challenge. In the initial consultation, we discuss whether an audit, a project, ongoing support, or a workshop would be useful. You then receive a clear recommendation and, where appropriate, a specific proposal.
